Our Cakes

Our San Sebastián–style cheesecake is crustless, deeply caramelised and exceptionally creamy inside. We bake in small batches using a minimal ingredient list, focusing on texture, balance and consistency.

Our cheesecakes are available via our webshop for delivery across Amsterdam, for pick-up at two central locations, and at selected Amsterdam food markets.

We also work with specialty coffee stores, restaurants, all-day brunch venues, caterers and private chefs in and around Amsterdam.

For Christmas we wanted to surprise our guests with the burnt cheescake, the whole gateaux, the macarons and the mouchous. Ordering was easy and the pick-up was a surprise when I saw that a bottle of whine was added to our order. Everything was soo good that it is difficult to choose between what is on offer. Next time I will have to roll the dice to help me choosing. Well done Madame Charlie. It is worth the money.
