The burnt cheesecake developed by the chef of La Viña in San Sebastián. Not your typical cheesecake!

With loads of cream cheese, heavy cream and eggs, the cake is baked on a high temperature that caramelises the outside and leaves the inside rich and creamy with notes of egg, vanilla and espresso.

We bake different cake sizes for different occassions:

Mini and regular muffins for your afternoon indulgence... Small cakes for 2 or 4 for your intimate treats. Or mid-size and larger cakes enjoyed during your family evenings, dinner parties or celebrations.
