The 'house cake' from French Basque Iparralde filled with pastry cream and/or fruit jam.

Simple, yet elegant hard crust cake (pâte sablée) we bake in three versions: a rich dark-rum powered vanilla cream with almond aromas, a dark cherry jam filling or a combination of the two.

We bake different cake sizes for different occassions:

Mini gâteaux to go with your morning coffee or for an afternoon indulgence or mid-size and larger gâteaux enjoyed during your family evenings, dinner parties or celebrations.
